Why not start our own production then? Wondered Antonio Batani. Today on the hills of Acquapartita and at the farm near Cesena, several varieties of fruits, vegetables and legumes are grown according to the principles of natural, seasonal and non-intensive farming. Today, the farm employs 20 people on a permanent basis. Cherries, strawberries, peaches and apricots, walnuts, figs, potatoes, aubergines, courgettes, beans and peas, just to mention a few, are part of a great variety of fruits and vegetables produced with passion and love for the land.
This is the strawberry collection month: red, juicy and savory they arrive ready to eat on your table, directly from the producer to the consumer and absolutely “low impact”.
