Whilst Cupid does his work, let’s focus on how to prepare the perfect Valentine’s dinner, to show our beloved one how he or she are important to us.

MASTERCHEF FOR A DAY
Should you wish to turn into the new Master Chef for one night, then follow our tips on how to prepare an intimate dinner for two, entirely dedicated to love.
– THE RECIPE –
“Venus kiss”
Red prawn tartare, Norway lobster carpaccio with
quinoa and Balik salmon eggs, papaya coulis with marinated ginger,
wasabi and Balsamic Vinegar pearls.
What do you need?
• Two large Norway lobsters
• Four red prawn from Sicily
• 100 grammes quinoa seeds
• 100 grammes fresh ginger
• 50 grammes papaya
• Balsamic vinegar pearls in a jar
• Wasabi paste
• Balik salmon eggs
• Lime
• Sichuan pepper
Instructions:
Clean the prawns and the lobsters, dice the prawns for the tartare, lightly beat the lobsters with a meat mallet. Cook the quinoa seeds in water, drain and let dry out a little, then season with salt, pepper and a little extra-virgin olive oil.
Prepare the papaya coulis and put it on a plate and lay the prawn tartare on it helping yourself with a food ring mold.
Prepare a bed of quinoa and place the Norway lobster carpaccio on top of it.
Decorate quinoa with the Balik salmon eggs, sprinkle some lime and ginger zest and finish off with a heart-shaped wasabi.
Do not forget:
• To decorate the dining room with candles for a romantic atmosphere.
• To choose a light color table cloth and put a red roses centerpiece.
• To select the most aphrodisiac and elegant wine, Pinot Noir.
• Strawberries and whipped cream are a must.
