We have the perfect tips for you:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 No stress<\/strong>: drastic last minute diets will just put you in a bad mood, and the weight you manage to lose will come right back\u2026before you even get around to putting your bikini on. Never skip meals, maintain an active metabolism with small snacks, and reward yourself to a \u201cday off\u201d where you can eat whatever you want; after only a short while your body will get used to your healthy life style and you won\u2019t miss your old habits a bit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Start off slowly, eliminating sugar and fat; two components you do not need<\/strong>: tost and jam for breakfast, fruit or yoghurt for a mid-day snack, lots of vegetables and water, limited amounts of alcohol and a glass of wine only now and then. Carbs aren\u2019t exactly to be seen as the enemy but don\u2019t have too many, and preferably not in the evening.<br \/>\nChoose seasonal, colored foods, experiment with new flavors and combinations, limit seasoning like oil and salt, but go all-in on spices.
