Whilst Cupid does his work, let\u2019s focus on how to prepare the perfect Valentine\u2019s dinner, to show our beloved one how he or she are important to us.<\/p>\n

What a better way to prove our love to them through delicious food?<\/p>\n

MASTERCHEF FOR A DAY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Should you wish to turn into the new Master Chef for one night, then follow our tips on how to prepare an intimate dinner for two, entirely dedicated to love.<\/p>\n

“Venus kiss\u201d<\/em>
\nRed prawn tartare, Norway lobster carpaccio with<\/em>
\nquinoa and Balik salmon eggs, papaya coulis with marinated ginger,<\/em>
\nwasabi and Balsamic Vinegar pearls.<\/em><\/p>\n

What do you need?<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Two large Norway lobsters
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Four red prawn from Sicily
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 100 grammes quinoa seeds
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 100 grammes fresh ginger
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 50 grammes papaya
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Balsamic vinegar pearls in a jar
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Wasabi paste
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Balik salmon eggs
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Lime
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sichuan pepper<\/p>\n

Instructions:<\/p>\n

Clean the prawns and the lobsters, dice the prawns for the tartare, lightly beat the lobsters with a meat mallet. Cook the quinoa seeds in water, drain and let dry out a little, then season with salt, pepper and a little extra-virgin olive oil.
\nPrepare the papaya coulis and put it on a plate and lay the prawn tartare on it helping yourself with a food ring mold.
\nPrepare a bed of quinoa and place the Norway lobster carpaccio on top of it.
\nDecorate quinoa with the Balik salmon eggs, sprinkle some lime and ginger zest and finish off with a heart-shaped wasabi.<\/p>\n

Do not forget:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To decorate the dining room with candles for a romantic atmosphere.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To choose a light color table cloth and put a red roses centerpiece.
